As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit registered in the State of Nebraska, BookLoop is committed to providing a transparent view into our organization and our financials:

Annual External Financial Reviews: To ensure that we maintain strong financial policies and procedures and full 501(c)(3) compliance, BookLoop hires an external accounting firm to conduct annual Financial Reviews. Details from our most recent review are available via this link (click here).

Restricted Donations: To ensure your dollars impact BookLoop in the way you want them to, we allow all donations to BookLoop to be restricted based on your philanthropic preferences. Requests for specific allocation of your dollars must be emailed to contact@book-loop.org within a two week period of completing your donation. If you don’t specify your preferred use of funds, your dollars will be put toward our most pressing needs as an organization.
