Your Classroom’s Infinite Library
BookLoop makes it easy for schools to strengthen literacy and home engagement. Designed for quick setup and minimal classroom management, BookLoop delivers a personalized rotation of books for each student to take home nightly. Our custom-built software, which uses unique QR codes affixed to every book, ensures a seamless student-led process. There’s no limit to how many books students can borrow, and the collection includes titles in over 30 different languages to support diverse learners and families.
How it works:
Classroom Set Up
Once BookLoop is implemented in your school, each classroom receives approximately 220 books, rotated among classrooms every four to six weeks. We also provide book bins, individual student folders, and tech support.
Students Check Out Books
Each day, students choose and scan a book at the classroom’s BookLoop station using QR code technology.
Books Go Home
Students take their selected books home, building daily reading habits.
Return & Repeat
The next day, books are returned, scanned in, and the students can check out a new one.
Teachers Stay Hands-off
Students learn to run the system themselves, and if wanted, teachers can monitor in real-time or through their personalized dashboard.
Timeline
BookLoop only requires 10 to 12 weeks between the time a school commits and funding is secured to fully set up. August and January are the perfect months to kick off a daily reading habit, both mark fresh starts and new routines!
